Cancellation policy

We do everything we can to conveniently remind our clients of their appointments. We strive to provide excellent service and order to do so, we have updated our Cancellation Policy. “No-shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.

Please provide a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes. Clients who cancel appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “no-show”.

First no-show

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a call from Bliss and we will reschedule the missed appointment at a time convenient for you. We will also remind you that a second “no-show” appointment will result in a charge.

Second no-show

If you do not show up for a second time, a $25 missed appointment fee will be required. Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

third no-show

If you “no-show” for a third time, you will be required to prepay in full for any future services you wish to book. This payment will be non-refundable.

 

late arrivals

Please call us if you think you will arrive later than your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will adjust our schedule. However, it is possible we may have to ask you to reschedule your visit if it interferes with another client’s appointment.
