Jess gave me an incredible haircut. She was able to salvage what was left of my hair after a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad haircut I had done on Newbury St.

Appointments
Please allow 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes made to your appointment. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled on the day of the original appointment are subject to the full appointment fee.
A 48-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations made to Keratin Treatment services. The $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if insufficient notice is given. Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all clients, we ask that children not be brought into the salon and left unattended. We are unable to service children under the age of 10.
Payment
Bliss Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks. All gratuities must be kept separate from the service total and are not permitted on credit cards or included in personal checks. Gratuities may be left in cash or alternatively you may issue a separate check made out directly to the individual stylist. A $25 service fee will applied to returned checks.
Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non refundable.
Late Arrival
Please be aware that there may be another appointment scheduled after your service therefore a late arrival may subtract time away from your service.

We Need Hair Models For The New Talent Developement Program
Models Are Elidgible For FREE Haircuts Or Discounted Color Services
About NTDP
The New Talent Development Program (formerly the Model Program) provides free haircuts and discounted color services in a professional, educational setting to anyone with appropriate hair for the classes we offer, and with the willingness to explore new looks.
Working with model clients (not plastic dummy heads) is essential to the stylists' development. It offers the opportunity to perfect techniques by customizing cuts, styles and color for individual features and hair textures. This unique collaboration is devoted to suitability for each client and putting an end to a cookie-cutter approach to hairdressing.
Starting January 2010, we begin our most ambitious education process yet. For years we have worked to create a structured system for taking a new cosmotology graduates and giving them the best possible training. This includes both technical skills as well as all aspects of communication, and a true grasp of customer service.
This year we area ble to dedicate Wednesdays entirely to education for our newest stylists.
Classes are held Wednesday's from 9 am to 2 pm. Each haircutting class will run approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. The classes are conducted under the direct guidence of our in-salon educators.
Policies
To operate efficiently and provide students with the experience they deserve, it is essential that all Model Clients abide by our policies in order to participate.
All models must be open to change, which will be agreed upon during the consultation. A minimum of 2 to 3 inches will be cut. This program is not for you if you want to get just a "trim". We teach techniques, not haircuts. Even if you are booked for a specific type of haircut, such as a graduated bob, it will be tailored specifically to you
Appointments for haircuts last approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. Appointments for color last approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. If you are booked for an appointment you must alot yourself enough time so that the stylist is not rushed.
We require 48-hours notice for all cancellations; though do appreciate notification if you must cancel on the same day of your appointment. If you fail to arrive without notification (within an hour of your appointment) more than once, you will be disqualified from participating in the program.
If you arrive any time after your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor your appointment. We will try our best to accommodate you, but if an Alternate has already taken your place, we will be happy to reschedule your cut, style or color appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before an appointment time.
We will call to confirm your appointment the day before and require a verbal confirmation returned to confirm your attendance.
